Asylett’s aim is to provide our readers with excitement, adventure and romance in the form of well-written fiction. To that end, we are always seeking fresh stories, stories with exciting plots or unique twists, stories that capture, mesmerize and satisfy. Use your imagination to take us to exotic lands, or worlds far away, introduce us to characters with depth and emotion for whom we will come to care, treat us to stories that will take our breath away. QUERY US FIRST
Email a concise query letter to with information about yourself and any other books you've had published. Include a short (2-3 page) synopsis and the first three pages of your completed manuscript.
Please DO NOT send the synopsis or manuscript pages as attachments.
Unrequested attachments will not be opened.
Please DO NOT send your manuscript until it has been requested.
Please DO NOT query us unless your manuscripts is complete. At this time, Asylett does not contract novels based on partials.

Upon receipt of our invitation to submit, please send your manuscript as an attachment to

Please carefully pre-edit your manuscript before submission, ensuring your story is exactly how you want it.

The Subject Line of the submission email must contain Genre, TITLE OF MANUSCRIPT (in caps) and Author’s Name.
EXAMPLE:   SUBJECT: Romantic Suspense - UNWILLING TO DIE - Jane Doe

If you are writing under a pen name, please use that name as the author name with your legal name in parenthesis.
EXAMPLE:  SUBJECT: Romantic Suspense - UNWILLING TO DIE - Myra Penn (Jane Doe)

SUBMISSION PROCESS
Upon receipt, your submission will be read for consideration. You will be notified within approximately 60 days if your manuscript is right for us.
Should we decide to pursue publication, you will be offered a contract. Once the contract is signed, the editing process will begin.
If we feel your project is not right for us, we will notify you with an explanation of our decision.
If we feel your project could be publishable with certain changes, we will so inform you, and invite you to resubmit after the changes have been made.

Simultaneous Submissions are not accepted.
Currently, we are not accepting manuscripts containing Erotica or Gay/Lesbian themes.
