BIOGRAPHY |
| An Adjunct University Instructor, Operations Research Analyst, Pilot, Seaman, Airman, Aviation Cadet–oh, all right, Jack of All Trades. (Or, maybe, he just couldn’t hold down the same job for long.) Frank holds a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.S. in Systems Management.He served with the Navy and Air Force during the Korean and Vietnam Wars, retiring at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Frank has been married three times...to the Same Wonderful Woman, his Wife for Fifty-Some Years. He has four Children and four Grandchildren, and is proud of them all.
